Dressing order: sidemount

  1. Regs fitted with regs on RHS and turret down
  2. Tank valve opened
  3. Breathe Air
  4. Tank valve closed
  5. Wetsuit zipped up
  6. Put BCD on, left arm first
  7. Crotch strap done up
  8. Wing bungee through crotch strap
  9. Pouch closed and on
  10. SMB assembled and clipped on
  11. Compass and watch on
  12. Check watch is connected to transmitters
  13. Tank valve opened
  14. Straps untangled
  15. Inflator attached
  16. Hood up
  17. Regulator necklace on
  18. Long hose regulator on, and tucked in

Dressing order: backmount

  1. Assemble BCD
  2. Inflator attached
  3. Tank valve opened
  4. Breathe Air
  5. Wetsuit zipped up
  6. Put BCD on, left arm first
  7. Crotch strap done up
  8. Pouch closed and on
  9. SMB assembled and clipped on
  10. Compass and watch on
  11. Check watch is connected to transmitter
  12. Straps untangled
  13. Hood up
  14. Regulator necklace on
  15. Long hose regulator on, and tucked in
